Palantir is an intelligence-gathering corporation designed to aid the CIA and other Intelligence Agencies in collecting data and information on American citizens. This data and research includes ;

Oracle —

Oracle is a cloud-based software company. Oracle specializes in database software development most famously, and also enterprising as a cloud-based computing and software organization. They’ve engaged in practices such as ;

1. Real-time tracking and logging of actions and peoples online

2. Documenting top-secret/sensitive government information and files with permission

3. Aiding the CIA with expanding financial control over online applications like Google, for example

Where the Two Meet —

Oracle and Palantir Technologies signed a “strategic-partner” contract in 2024. Palantir agreed to offload Foundry workloads to Oracle technological infrastructure to increase both company’s efficiency, production and influence. This kickstarted Palantir’s spread in popularity across North and South America and parts of South and Central Africa.

The CIA invested heavily in both Palantir and Oracle in the 70s and 90s for different but similar projects, and in 2025 the current Trump administration has begun using Palantir (which is currently heavily influenced by Oracle and the CIA) for “international security affairs” according to the FBI and board members of the GOP. Elon Musk as well has begun investing into both Oracle and Palantir, money sent to Palantir split into Oracle by private investors, including political organizations, PACs for example. This has raised serious ethical concerns over the past few months, with Palantir converging with private investors to create a nationwide database documenting information regarding every American citizen, and reviving a 2017 mission in which Palantir and ICE and the FBI joined forces for operations targeting domestic terrorism and illegal immigration.

Another point to be made, is that while the FBI was the first customer of Oracle, it was also the first ever customer of Palantir, and the reasoning was to help fund the In-Q-Tel (IQT) which is a private networking company that operates out of “national security purposes.” However, national security regarding IQT has recently been called into question by people of the rising Far-Right and Far-Left political movements, as Israeli-backed companies have been revealed to have been influencing patterns of money and data flowing through IQT and Palantir through other, multinational corporations related to Oracle.
